Counseling may be especially helpful for adults navigating serious mental illness, psychosis, substance use concerns, trauma, major life transitions, or complicated behavioral health and legal systems. Recent experience is primarily within Forensics however historically I have served individuals with Autism, ADHD, Depression and Anxiety.
Sessions can focus on coping skills, communication, insight, decision-making, navigating barriers, and building greater stability and independence.
The goal is simple: provide a respectful, direct, and supportive space to help people understand what is happening, identify what matters to them, and move forward in a way that feels realistic.
Sessions are held via Telehealth or in the community.
