Includes evaluation and mitigation report to be used to substance use disorder diagnosis and treatment recommendations. May include ASAM.
Co-Occurring Evaluation
Includes mental health, substance use evaluation, ASAM and mitigation report to be utilized for criminal cases with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns for the purpose of specialty courts, diversion eligibility, negotiations or treatment court.
Treatment Access Case Management
Includes referrals and coordination for the purpose of supporting clients with gaining entry into treatment if it is part of negotiations for the defense.
